Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours after the order is placed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us ASAP.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Most orders a processed within 72 hours and shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on your order total and shipping address. You can view the estimated shipping cost during checkout.

How do I care for my new wreath?

  • Keep your wreath out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.

  • Use a hair dryer on a cool setting to blow off any debris.

  • Bring the wreath inside during any harsh inclement weather.

  • Use a coat hanger to store away the wreath until next use.

  • Hang your wreath and cover with a plastic bag or store in a box when not in use to prevent dust accumulation.

  • Be aware that wreaths' longevity will be affected by extreme weather, and that florals and/or ribbons may shift or loosen if the wreath is directly exposed to bad weather such as rain.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local Pickup is available for a $15 fee. It currently available in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Dandridge, and Newport. If you are interested in Local Pick-up, please reach out to us directly to determine a pick-up location.
